Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

 

The Makeup Depot will dispatch all orders between 12 - 48 hours after an order is placed, unless products are out of stock in which we will endeavour to try our best to keep you updates with an approximate waiting time.

If you are not home to receive your parcel your order a calling card will be left and your order will be taken to the nearest post office. If your order is not picked up from the post office and sent back to us an additional delivery fee will be charged to have the parcel resent to you. 

 

If Attempted deliveries to Apartments or Units can not be delivered due to access a calling card will be left. If there is a redirection or re delivery fee due to the parcel being returned this will be charged to the purchaser. 

 

Authority to Leave

On checkout you have the option to select or place a note to give authority to leave your parcel without a signature. Please Note that if you give The Makeup Depot the authority to leave a parcel and it goes missing it is NOT the responsibility of The Makeup Depot to reimburse the customer for loss of goods.

 

International Shipping

Some countries have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance is the recipient's responsibility. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs authority for enquiries.

 

Liability

It is the recipients responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details. Should the event occur where the wrong address is entered, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

 

Loss or Damage

The Makeup Depot will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.
