User Obligations and Rules
Through your Acceptance of this Terms of Use agreement, you agree NOT to do any of the following while using the Site:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Access, tamper with or use non-public or non-authorised areas of the Site. Unauthorised individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site may be subject to prosecution
- Tamper with postings and/or login accounts and information of other users
- Solicit or gather any user's information available from the Site, such as other users' names and email addresses, for any commercial or business purposes
- To transmit any unsolicited advertising, i.e. "spam".
- Do anything which would create or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large burden or load on the Site
- Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Post false or misleading information about a product
- Post or transmit any Content that infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks or rights of publicity or privacy
- Post or transmit any Content that is unlawful, untrue, fraudulent, harassing, libellous, defamatory, abusive, tortious, threatening, pornographic, harmful (including but not limited to viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs), overly disparaging or deprecating of The Makeup Depot or other users or otherwise objectionable
- Repeat any action after you receive warning or request to desist from The Makeup Depot, whether or not that action is explicitly stated in policies. This includes continuing to use The Makeup Depot service under the same account, a different account or reregistering under a new account after your membership has been temporarily suspended, indefinitely suspended or terminated.
- Do not fail to respond to an email from The Makeup Depot regarding violation, dispute or complaint penalties

Pricing may be subject to change without notice.
Signup Code
The 10% signup code offered to first time uses applies to all open stock items and does not include Electrical or already Discounted items. The Makeup Depot's goal is to bring you our clients Australia best products at the most affordable prices.
The Makeup Depot reserves the right to add and remove items from this discount code. The use of the 10% signup code also requires a minimum $30 purchase for it to be redeemed.
Payment Terms
The Customer agrees that:
(i) All payments for Products and Services must be made to The Makeup Depot in accordance with the method of payment outlined on The Makeup Depot website at the time of purchase.
(ii) Any dispute regarding payment must be advised to The Makeup Depot within seven (7) days of purchase.
Warranties
The Customer agrees and acknowledges that:
(i) The Makeup Depot reserves the right to refuse sale of Products to any Customer without reason.
(ii) The Customer is aware that Products must be stored at room temperature, as exposure to high or low temperatures may cause significant change to the Product, rendering it unsuitable for its intended use.
(iii) The Makeup Depot their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, or agents do not make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Products and/or Services or as to the accuracy, reliability, suitability or content of the Products and/or Services.
(iv) The Makeup Depot products may not be suitable for all persons:
a. The Makeup Depot recommends conducting a patch test of the proposed Products on Customers, especially in the event that the Customer is a first time user of New makeup Products;
b. If it is known that a Customer suffers from sensitive skin it is advised that the customer undertake a patch test/
Risk in the Products
(a) The Makeup Depot does not accept responsibility for any loss or other detriment arising by reason of any theft, loss or damage to, or otherwise concerning any property belonging to the Customer.
(b) Further to clause 8.1, the Customer accepts upon delivery or collection of the Products all risk for loss or damage to the Products whether caused by the Customer or not, and the Customer indemnifies The makeup king against all claims, demands, suits and actions for loss or damage caused by or arising from the handling, transport, storage, display, installation, neglect or use of the Products after the Customer has taken possession of the Products. Risk in the Products will remain with the Customer at all times unless The makeup King retakes possession of the Products in accordance with our returns policy.
Changes to this Agreement
This Terms of Use will change from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page and if significant, will be given priority in prominence. The version of this Terms of Use Agreement is stated at the beginning of this Agreement.
